Awesome jeweler! I was recommended to see Dorothy from a friend who recently got engaged. He said they were very helpful and had a great selection. I am so happy I took his advise. I had been shopping around for a few weeks and could not find exactly what I wanted and was not comfortable with anyone who offered to make me something custom. I showed the pictures to Dorothy and she had several that were similar. In fact, she probably had the largest selection I had seen, almost too many choices. Turned out I did not need to custom make anything because she found me an awesome setting that I knew my girlfriend would love! She then let me compare loose diamonds side by side and explained everything about them. She really knows her stuff. I never felt pressured - in fact she encouraged me to look elsewhere - and was really comfortable with my decision. Krystyna's Jewelry is a diamond in the rough....pun intended. I wish I had known about them sooner! Unfortunately we purchased our engagement ring somewhere else, before we knew about them, but we did get our wedding bands from Krystynas. Other stores we went to barely wanted to talk to us because we did not buy the ring from them. Bernadette was so nice and had so many suggestions to match my ring that no one had ever even thought of. They are so creative!! They ended up custom making my band and it is PERFECT!!! I actually like the band more than my engagement ring....which is terrible considering what the engagement ring cost. Speaking of which - we now know we were totally ripped off at the "big box" gallery store!! We could have gotten a much nicer ring for that amount of money at Krystyna's. To sum them up in a word - AMAZING!!!This is such a great family business. I worked with the whole family, the mom (Krystyna), both of her daughters and even one of her grand kids who helped me make a decision. My husband and I went in to pick out a gift for our daughters 18th birthday (golden birthday) and HS Graduation. Rather than getting 2 gifts we decided we wanted something special that she can always have. After having the whole family (literally) give us ideas - almost too many ideas - we decided to have them make a diamond initial attached top and bottom to a chain that would sit a bit "off center" near the side of her neck. They let us pick the font from about 30 styles and custom made it. It came out better than I could have ever imagined. We cannot wait to give it to our daughter! Olivia S.

My husband passed away nearly 10 years ago and our only daughter was getting married. I had always wanted to pass on my rings to her, but I knew she did not want a pear shape for her engagement ring, so I held on to it. When it came time for the wedding bands, I mentioned to my son in law that I really wanted her to have my rings. He invited me to go with and shop for wedding bands. Dorothy was just fantastic! She came up with a design to reuse all of my diamonds. She was able to use some of the diamonds in my daughter's wedding band. With the pear shape and some smaller diamonds she designed the most beautiful diamond pendant. I gave that to her as the something old and something new as a wedding gift. We looked on line and had an idea of what we thought we wanted, but when seeing those styles and trying them on, it just wasn't right. You had so many different styles to choose from, almost made the decision harder because we both loved so many, but we are both trilled with our decision. Armed with Pintrest photos, I went in to look at engagement rings. My intention was to see if you had anything like the pictures my girlfriend pinned and get prices. I did not think I would be walking out with a ring. Bernadette made me feel so comfortable and since my brother already bought a ring from you guys it just felt right to buy it on the spot. I am so happy that I saw you on Facebook and decided to stop in. I loved the bangle charm bracelets you had and when I found out their sales support Generation Rescue, I had to buy them! As a mom with an autistic son, any brand dedicated to giving back to help families affected by Autism will always have my business. I bought all of the Autism puzzle bracelets for my sons teachers and therapists. They absolutely loved them. What a great, inexpensive gift with meaning.
